Resident Program & Events

The AAPM&R Annual Assembly is an excellent opportunity for residents in PM&R programs to learn more about the specialty, both inside and outside of the classroom. This year’s educational programming includes workshops designed around the clinical setting.

Resident Track
Thursday, November 20

R700, R701, and R702 are complimentary workshops designated for residents. However, these workshops are not automatically included with residents’ meeting registration fees. Because they are limited-attendance workshops due to content and hands-on participation, residents must register for available spaces. Please see page 64 of the registration form for details.

Thursday, November 207:30 am–9 am

Faculty: M. Geraci, MD; B. Krabak, MD, MBA

This workshop is a resident-only program designed to teach the fundamental skills needed to examine the shoulder region. Faculty: P. Lento, MD; J. Smith, MD; J. Strakowski, MD

1:30 pm–3 pm

R702. Introduction to Imaging: Head, Cervical Spine, and Shoulder (I)

Level: Intermediate

Faculty: K. Bell, MD; L. Chou, MD; Z. Hauser, MD; G. Kraft, MD, MS; C. Plastaras, MD; J. Rittenberg, MD
