Annual Assembly Events and Promotional Items
The AAPM&R Annual Assembly showcases your products and services to key
decision-makers and rehabilitation physicians. Click on the links below to learn
more about each item.
Plenary Sessions–$15,000
The official opening ceremony of the Annual Assembly, this
unopposed session features the keynote speaker or a panel discussion, as well as
the AAPM&R presidential address. Additional Plenary Sessions are available,
including the Zeiter lectureship and others. Support from multiple companies will be accepted.
Welcome Reception–$25,000
As the first social event of the Assembly and the official
opening of the Technical Exhibition, this enormously popular reception draws a
huge crowd. Support of this unopposed reception—held in our Exhibit Hall—ensures top-rate visibility. Support from multiple companies will be accepted.
President’s Reception–$30,000
This festive and well-attended evening reception—featuring cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and great music—is the main social event
of the Assembly. Support from multiple companies will be accepted.
Residents’ Reception–$15,000
AAPM&R resident physicians look forward to this networking
opportunity. Over 400 residents are expected to attend this event. Support from multiple companies will be accepted.
Daily Refreshment Breaks–$20,000 per day
Whether it’s an early-morning cup of coffee or an
afternoon beverage, our attendees love their refreshment breaks! Supporting a
day’s worth of refreshment breaks is a sure way to gain name recognition with
our Assembly attendees. Support from multiple companies will be accepted.
Tote Bags–$30,000
Conference tote bags are used throughout the meeting to
carry essentials such as the Official Program and course materials.
Relaxation
Station–$15,000
This excellent and revitalizing service provides a seated
massage station within the Exhibit Hall for Assembly attendees, giving attendees
the option to visit one of two massage therapists for 10- to 15-minute massages.
SOLD: Branded Lanyards–$25,000
Lanyards will be provided and worn by everyone, everywhere at the Annual
Assembly.
E-Mail Access Centers–$20,000
AAPM&R E-Mail Access Centers are among the most popular destinations during the
Annual Assembly. Computers with Internet access offer participants and guests
what they need to stay connected throughout the conference. Prime locations
available in the Exhibit Hall and elsewhere.
CME Stations–$25,000
Continuing medical education (CME) is an important
benefit for physicians attending the AAPM&R Annual Meeting and one of their main
reasons for being at the meeting. In 2008, AAPM&R moved from a paper-based
evaluation and CME claim process to one that is 100% electronic for the Annual
Meeting. CME Evaluation kiosks are made available to attendees to complete their
evaluations, claim credit, and view CME transcripts on site. CME Evaluation
stations are available throughout the meeting at the convention center in
Seattle, Washington. The supporting company's logo will be positioned on the structure
and as the screen saver on each computer.
SOLD: Daily Calendar–$15,000
Attendees rely on this pocket version of the Official Program, which
receives blanket distribution as an insert in the Annual Assembly tote bags.
The Daily Calendar lists times and locations for all educational
sessions, official Academy functions, social events, and activities; it also
includes the facility floor plans and an appointment book to be used as an
ongoing reference.
SOLD: Hotel Key Cards–$15,000
Make your brand top-of-mind by supporting hotel key cards,
handled by attendees multiple times daily.
Pad Folios–$60,000
Gain additional exposure by providing attendees with a
place to take their notes by supporting this pad folio and pen combination
distributed with their registration materials.
Meeting Room Signage–$15,000
The AAPM&R Annual Meeting is a vast operation, and every meeting, educational session, or social function
requires signage. Support of Annual Meeting signage means that every sign carries the supporting company name and logo,
providing extensive and repeat exposure to Annual Meeting attendees.
Continental Breakfast–$25,000 per day
With your corporate support, we can offer our attendees a continental breakfast to get their day started right. Attendees will be greeted at the continental breakfast with your logo on the signage placed throughout the exhibit hall; this ensures top-rate visibility as a supporter. Support from multiple companies will be accepted.
Water Bottles–$30,000
Support water bottles that the AAPM&R 2,000+ Annual Assembly attendees can carry around throughout the meeting and then take home with them. Your company name or logo will be displayed on the water bottles and will be placed in each registration bag for the convenience of the attendees. AAPM&R OnSite Banner Advertising–$15,000 per banner

CD-ROM Course Handouts–$20,000
All meeting registrants receive a CD-ROM of course handouts onsite with the meeting materials. AAPM&R requires that all faculty provide copies of their presentation and a course handout. Before the meeting, a link to the handouts is
e-mailed to all registered attendees so that registrants can access/print the course handouts prior to the start of the conference. Have your organization in the attendee’s mind prior to the Annual Assembly!
