Annual Assembly Events and Promotional Items

The AAPM&R Annual Assembly showcases your products and services to key decision-makers and rehabilitation physicians. Click on the links below to learn more about each item.

 

 

SOLD: Plenary Session–$7,500

The official opening ceremony of the Annual Assembly, this unopposed session features the keynote speaker, a subsequent panel discussion, and the AAPM&R presidential address. Please note: There are additional Plenary Sessions available for sponsorship.

SOLD: Welcome Reception–$20,000

As the first social event of the Assembly and the official opening of the technical exhibition, this enormously popular reception draws a huge crowd. Sponsorship of this unopposed reception – held in our Exhibit Hall – ensures top-rate visibility.

SOLD: President’s Reception–$25,000

This festive and well-attended evening reception – featuring cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and great music – is the main social event of the Assembly.

SOLD: Residents’ Reception–$10,000

AAPM&R resident physicians look forward to this networking opportunity. Over 300 residents are expected to attend this event.

Daily Refreshment Breaks–$20,000 per day

Whether it’s an early-morning cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage, our attendees love their refreshment breaks! Sponsoring a day’s worth of refreshment breaks is a sure way to gain name recognition with our Assembly attendees.

SOLD: Tote Bags–$25,000

Conference tote bags are used throughout the meeting to carry essentials such as the Official Program and course materials. This sponsorship offers you an excellent way to raise company awareness as each attendee receives one with your logo on it.

SOLD: Relaxation Station–$15,000

This excellent and revitalizing service provides a seated massage station within the exhibit hall for the Assembly attendees. Within the Relaxation Station booth there will be a TV confidence monitor to run your pre-approved message, (2) massage therapists who will provide 10-15 minute massages and/or foot massages to the attendees thanks to you.

SOLD: Branded Lanyards–$25,000

Sponsor the lanyards and your company name will be worn and seen by everyone, everywhere at the Annual Assembly.

SOLD: E-Mail Access Centers–$15,000

AAPM&R E-Mail Access Centers are among the most popular destinations during the Annual Assembly. Computers with Internet access offer participants and guests what they need to stay connected throughout the conference. Prime locations in the Exhibit Hall and elsewhere, coupled with your company logo displayed at each station, provides maximum visibility.

SOLD: Daily Calendar–$10,000

Attendees rely on this pocket version of the Official Program, which receives blanket distribu­tion as an insert in the Annual Assembly tote bags. The Daily Calendar lists times and locations for all educational sessions, official Academy functions, social events, and activities; it also includes the facility floor plans and an appointment book to be used as an ongoing reference.

SOLD: Hotel Key Cards–$10,000

Stay with attendees in their pockets and purses with your logo on their hotel key card.

SOLD: Pad Folios–$20,000

Gain additional exposure by providing attendees with a place to take their notes by sponsoring this pad folio and pen combin­ation distributed with their registration materials.
