At the 2017 Annual Assembly, we bid farewell to our outgoing 2015-2017 graduating class of the Academy Leadership Program and welcomed our incoming 2017-2019 class. This program was established by your Board of Governors to identify a select number of emerging member leaders and help prepare them to lead the Academy and the specialty today and into the future. When looking at the scope of what a physiatrist does, there is an opportunity to develop a robust library of structured instructional videos surrounding treatment and procedural education.
