AAPM&R 2026 Compensation Survey

AAPM&R is conducting a Physician Compensation & Practice Benchmarking Survey and needs your input. Your participation will help deliver comprehensive market intelligence on demographics, practice characteristics, clinical activities, income, benefits, compensation structures, work standards and recruitment incentives. Your responses ensure physiatrists are better equipped to advocate for themselves when negotiating contracts, evaluating opportunities, and understanding performance expectations and more. As an added bonus, all participants receive early access to the survey results, giving you the power of real-world benchmarks to guide career and practice decisions. 

This survey is designed for practicing physiatrists and excludes medical students, APPs, retirees, residents, fellows in training and international physicians.

Use your unique Source ID to access the survey, save your progress and return anytime to complete it. Your Source ID is your personal, confidential code that allows you to save your progress and revisit the survey as many times as needed to complete your response.

The survey closes on Tuesday, March 17. Your response is completely private and no individual data will be identified in any reports.
