We want to feature the amazing work of our early- and mid-career members and the impact they are making in the field of PM&R. The Innovators and Influencers Honoree Program seeks to do just that!
Do you know someone who has accomplished something innovative or influential within PM&R or to support the PM&R patient population? Let's recognize their contributions to the specialty!
We are now accepting nominations and self-nominations for AAPM&R members from PGY3 through 15 years in practice. View the 2024 Honorees below.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be a member of AAPM&R
- PGY3 through 15 years post residency are eligible for the honor.
- Accomplished something innovative or influential within the specialty of PM&R or to the PM&R patient population. Categories include but are not limited to:
- Clinical Innovation
- Practice Innovation
- Specialty Advocacy
- Patient Advocacy
- National Education
- National Service
- Specialty Awareness/Expansion
- Mentorship
- Community Programming/Involvement
- Patient Education
- Nomination form to be completed by the nominee or on behalf of someone else.

November 2024
The call for Innovators & Influencers Honoree nominees closes on November 27.
February/March 2025
The nominees are notified of the results of their nomination by approximately March 1.
May 2025
Recognition of our 2025 Innovators & Influencers will begin in May!
