AAPM&R's Registry is a qualified clinical data registry that follows patients longitudinally, with an emphasis on quality improvement. It can be used to meet your Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR) Part IV Maintenance of Certification® (MOC®) requirements. Also, the collected data will help advance the understanding of the ever-growing pain patient population while demonstrating the quality and value of treatments.
Whether your practice consists of physiatrists, neurosurgeons, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, or anything in between—if you work with pain patients, you can participate in the Registry. Learn about one of our participating practices and why they chose our Registry below:

Reason for Participation: We are participating to contribute data in spine care with the goal to improve future spine care and to fulfill certain requirements for maintenance of board certification. AAPM&R's Registry is one of the most exciting events happening in physiatry.
