Cancellation Policy

What if I need to cancel?

All cancellations for the Annual Assembly and pre-conference courses must be submitted in writing via email to registration@aapmr.org or via mail postmarked by October 8, 2024, to the address below. Cancellations submitted before October 8 will receive a refund of all fees paid, minus a $150 processing fee, and processed 7-14 days after notification is received. Cancellations submitted after October 8, or over the phone, will not be accepted.

Is a Guest registration category available this year?

Yes, an in-person only guest registration is available. Physicians are not eligible for guest registration. Fees are: $95 (age 21+); children (ages 0-20) are free. Guest registration includes entry to the Job and Fellowship Fair, Welcome Reception, PM&R Pavilion and Sunday breakfast featuring PhyzTalks. Guest registration does not include complimentary lunch in the PM&R Pavilion. Families and companions traveling to San Diego with Annual Assembly attendees are welcome to attend the PM&R Party on the USS Midway on Friday, November 8 (additional fees apply). Attendees can purchase additional tickets as they register for the Annual Assembly or onsite at the registration desk. All attendees must adhere to AAPM&R's Code of Conduct.

How do I add a Skills Lab or another ticketed event to my registration?

Registration for Skills Labs, PM&R Party and the Foundation 5K may be purchased online or onsite during Assembly registration. Please note that tickets for Skills Labs and the PM&R Party are only available to in-person registrants. The Foundation 5K is available for virtual attendees to purchase. Watch for details coming soon.

If you have already registered for the Assembly and would like to purchase a ticketed event, you can do so by logging into your registration record or contacting Customer Service at 847-737-6000.
