Applications for PM&R Editor-in-Chief Due in 1 Month | We’re seeking applications for the position of Editor-in-Chief of PM&R for a 5-year term that will begin with the January 2019 issue. Interested applicants must be able to demonstrate a record of scholarship in physical medicine and rehabilitation, prior experience in scientific editing (preferably journal editing), and history of leadership. Available for Public Comment: Draft Quality Measures | AAPM&R convened a cross-specialty, multidisciplinary technical expert panel to identify and define new measures for quality improvement and for use in their qualified clinical data registry (QCDR). The measures in this set represent the first effort of AAPM&R to develop meaningful measures for physiatrists that are specific to the conditions they see and the patients they manage. The 30-day comment period closes at 5 pm (CT) on Wednesday, August 23. | |
