On November 2, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published the calendar year 2024 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) & Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Payment System final rule.  AAPM&R staff is reviewing the rule in detail and will provide additional information about the details of the rule in future member communications.  A fact sheet about the rule is available on the CMS website.  Members with questions about the rule can contact healthpolicy@aapmr.org.
