On November 1, 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published the calendar year 2025 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System & Ambulatory Surgery Center Payment System final rule. Your Academy submitted comments to CMS on the OPPS/ASC proposed rule in September.
