AAPM&R is proud to offer discounted rates for Annual Assembly attendees exclusively with these hotels. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoff date for discounted hotel rooms is October 8, 2024 and is subject to room and rate availability.
Is the San Diego Convention Center accessible? What about other conference locations?
AAPM&R conferences are ADA compliant. We strive to take the appropriate steps required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated or otherwise treated differently. Individuals requiring special assistance must contact AAPM&R for further information. Where is the PM&R Party?
The PM&R Party: On the USS Midway will be held aboard the legendary USS Midway in the beautiful San Diego harbor (910 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101) on Friday, November 8. Tickets are $75 for registered attendees, guests and children. Children 4 and under are free. All attendees, including children, must adhere to AAPM&R's Code of Conduct to attend. Tickets may also be purchased onsite at the Registration Desk. Tickets are limited and we encourage you to purchase them in advance to secure your spot at the PM&R Party.
Will sessions be recorded? Can I watch it at a later time?
All clinical & practice symposia and plenary sessions will be recorded and available for viewing by all registrants following the Assembly for up to one year.
