On Thursday, July 27 more than 30 PM&R residents from across the country participated in the inaugural Visioning PM&R Bold Virtual Town Hall. Some of the programs represented included Georgetown University, UT Southwestern, Stanford University, and the University of Washington. For an hour, residents talked about current trends they are seeing in training and the practice of PM&R as well as future opportunities in the specialty. This inaugural event was part of Visioning PM&R Bold—AAPM&R's new initiative to help define the future of PM&R. We will be hosting a series of events where physiatrists will come together in exciting, interactive live and online environments.
